If a product or price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious technical, typographical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or refund the affected order.

5. Additional Multi-Item Discounts

While our additional multi-item promotion is active, qualifying items purchased in the same order may receive the following discounts:

• 2 qualifying items: an extra 15% off;
• 3 qualifying items: an extra 20% off;
• 4 or more qualifying items: an extra 25% off.

Eligibility, exclusions, and the applicable discount will be displayed on our website and at checkout.

All qualifying items must be purchased in the same transaction. Please check that the correct discount appears before completing your purchase.

If you return part of a promotional order, your refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the returned items after the applicable discounts. Any additional conditions affecting partial returns will be disclosed in the promotion terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Placing an Order

When placing an order, please make sure the information you provide is complete and accurate, including your:

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can request a return after receiving it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Payment is due when your order is placed.

The payment methods currently available will be displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the applicable third-party payment provider. We do not directly store your complete payment card information on our own systems.

9. Shipping

We generally prepare orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday).

Once your order has shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days (Monday through Saturday).

These delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

During our Anniversary Sale, we offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

10. Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error afterward, contact us at info@evelynruth.us as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been processed or handed over to the carrier.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be your responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

11. Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Evelyn & Ruth.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must generally be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the same condition in which you received it, with its original tags attached and any included accessories and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or defective, you received the wrong item, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
